Is there a standard size for the gap at the bottom of the door.

My last house was built in 1994 and the door gaps were like 1 4 of an inch. The gap at the top should now be 10mm 2mm top 8mm bottom. The areas around the doors were stripped down to the studs and headers but the hardwood floors were left in place.
